COBIT Foundation Course

We believe the integrity and reliability of information and also of the the systems that generate the information are critical to enterprise success. That is why, both the ICT and assurance professionals must gain an understanding of generally accepted standards and best practices to be able to apply and use best practices to ensure ICT systems are adequately controlled, monitored and assessed. This course helps professionals understand how to use COBIT in a logical and understandable way and validates this knowledge using an interactive approach. Participants will learn how to use COBIT to develop IT audit plans and also carry out IT audits. The course will also explain and demonstrate the relationship between the following internationally recognized ICT best practices: ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO 27001/2.
